European Union

We manufacture and dispatch from inside the EU and hence you won’t ever need to worry about any additional charges or delays due to customs import.

USA

We manufacture and dispatch from inside the USA and hence you won’t ever need to worry about any additional charges or delays due to customs import.

All others

We prepare proper shipping documents so customs should usually not unneccesary delay your shipment. It is possible however that you may be charged additional import tarrifs or taxes.

Since January 2022, for orders placed by individual consumers in the UK that are worth less than £135 the seller should collect the UK VAT so that the buyer does not have to pay any customs fees to receive the goods (reference).

Do Aisler plan to implement this procedure?
