Fritzing

Overview

We support two methods of uploading your Fritzing project, you can either use the Fabricate button in Fritzing directly or by importing .fzz files manually.

Important Note

We prepare your design files for manufacturing using an automated software pipeline, if you have any questions or want to make remarks, please contact our support before ordering, as we do not read notes included in your project files.

Design Rule Check

Before ordering a PCB design, it recommended checking that the design can be manufactured properly. You can find the option to run these check under Routing β†’ Design Rule Checks (DRC).

Context Menu Design Rule

Fritzing will check if traces are too close to each other or if traces are shorted, if this is the case, resolve these warnings otherwise your board may not work.

If everything is OK, fritzing will tell you that you can go ahead and order your board.

Fritzing Fab Upload

AISLER is the official β€œFritzing Fab” this allows us to offer a simple-to-use option to order your board, simply click the Fabricate button in the bottom-right corner.

You can inspect your design using our board viewer .

We give a rendering guarantee that the boards are manufactured as displayed in our viewer. You can read this article if you are unsure how to use our board viewer or if you want to know how the rendering guarantee works.

Upload of .fzz files

Another option to get your design manufactured is by uploading the .fzz file directly, this might be beneficial if you would like to order an open-source project but don’t have fritzing installed.

Simply go to our: Upload Page and select the .fzz file, thats it
