Overview

These basic specifications apply to all our stencils, other configurations are available upon request.

Material

We only use high quality Japanese-made polished stainless steel for our stencils. They come with a thickness of 100μm which is suitable for footprints with small pin pitches. The Stencil apertures are laser cut.

Options like custom thicknesses, electropolish and nanofinish are available upon request.

Stencil Aperture

An optimized Stencil Aperture is the key for good paste printing results, we use software tooling to recognized whether you already optimized the paste aperture or not.
