This depends on where you are

For U.S. customers our logistics partner is USPS. For European Union customers it’s Deutsche Post.

Beside that all Express orders will be shipped via UPS. More information on their shipping times can be found on their product pages for UPS Expedited, UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver

Outside US and EU, do you offer ‘standard shipping’ for other destination countries? (I can’t see the option for Australia)

Hi @Andy Standard Shipping via Snail-Mail is always free. Hence not offered specifically. It’ll take a while to Australia most likely but it’s free after all :wink:

Okay - am I doing something wrong?

When I go to checkout, ‘UPS Standard shipping’ is selected with the tooltip message “Mandatory for your region or payment method” when hovering over the ‘REMOVE’ action. I tried various payment methods, so I presume my ‘region’ has no free shipping available at this time?
